Refund policy

Easy Returns & Exchanges (Except for Offer Products)

  • We offer returns and exchanges for non-offer products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with the invoice.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pick-up and send you a replacement.
  • Non-Damaged Products: You can return non-damaged products by mail to:

  • Exchange: Upon receiving your return, we'll issue a coupon code of the same value within 5 days.
  • Refund: We don't offer cash refunds. Instead, we'll provide a coupon code/gift card for future purchases.

Offer Products 

  • Offer products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We will only replace damaged or missing products (same design).

Handmade Products, Sale Items & International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade products, sale items, or international orders.
